ly,then click the back arrow) This is my original design idea for the layout of my magazine, it is very basic but I wanted to give myself some rough guidelines of which to follow. I chose to have the masthead in the top left corner as this is the first place people look when they begin to read and therefore the magazine name will hopefully become well known. Also my research into existing media presented me with this typical convention of the masthead being left aligned.
I also chose to have a
'featuring' section the top of the page as I have researched layouts of other magazines such as NME and taken the idea from there.
